Kenneth Rothweiler played a key role in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) settlement.  He was one of three lead negotiators for survivors, representing over 16,000 of the 82,209 identified survivors.  Despite other attorneys warning that the BSA Settlement was severely underfunded, he kept pushing through with the intent to settle soon as possible vs fighting to hold the BSA accountable and have Claims be paid in full.
